I was struggling with a migraine this morning and God dropped 'Rest in my love' and 'Nothing more important' into my mind which has led to a precious time spent listening to Him through Marilyn's songs.

Throughout my life particular songs have spoken to me at different times.  I love to hear the Scripture that is so entwined in her songs; God often uses songs to speak to me and remind me of truth, and often uses Marilyn's songs particularly.

A fantastic book, which at times is very moving. It is written with honesty and courage and yet challenges the reader at the same time. I did not want it to end!

I've found 'A Desert Transformed' a rich and very assuring read. Tracy Williamson invites us to sit a while and hear the assurances of a God who holds us in our wilderness times as well as in easier times. With Tracy's warm, prophetic voice, the rich words and reflections on scripture in this devotional will be a blessing to the weak and weary, to those who are not finding that a life of faith means a life without pain. Readers will be greatly blessed and soothed by the gentle words of comfort Tracy offers, and the many images she paints so vividly of the Father’s passionate love. This is a book which merges the ordinary with the sacred, the messy with the beautiful and the darkness with the treasure. Highly recommended.

It was great to hear a new album by the wonderful Marilyn Baker. I love all her music and this was just balm to the soul. Refreshing and renewing. God really uses this lady for His glory.
